The team in collaboration with HASI (Health and Sanitation Initiative) of Cognizance IITR conducted sanitary pads distribution in Chandpur & Horawala. On 8 February,2020, the team reached Chharba village and condusted a talk with girls from grade 6 to grade 12 regarding menstrual hygiene and need to use sanitary pads. Here, all the girls weere given free sanitary pads in packet of two.

Another meet was conducted later which was focused on need for hygiene in daily life and on clearing the myths and taboos related to menstrual hygiene. After this, the team distributed a pack of two sanitary pads by visiting ach house in the village.
